This Privacy Policy explains how Haeresis LLC, doing business as Haeresis (“Haeresis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and otherwise handles information when you visit haeresis.co, contact us, request information about our services, or schedule an initial consultation.
Haeresis is a digital design studio providing website design and development, branding, search optimization, managed website services, creative production, consulting, and related digital services.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Haeresis website and the online technologies used in connection with that website.
It does not govern the privacy practices of Haeresis clients, websites operated for clients, or independent third-party services except to the extent this Policy explains how Haeresis uses or interacts with those services.
By using the Haeresis website or voluntarily providing information through its forms, scheduling features, or other communication methods, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Haeresis collects information reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, communicate with prospective clients and clients, understand website usage, maintain security, and operate its business.
The information collected depends upon how you interact with the website.

If you contact Haeresis through the General Inquiry form or another website form, you may provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, business information, and the contents of your message.
Website form submissions may be both stored within the website’s administrative environment and delivered to Haeresis by email.
Haeresis uses this information primarily to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential projects, communicate about requested services, and maintain appropriate business records.
Please do not submit passwords, complete payment-card information, Protected Health Information, sensitive financial information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary Haeresis contact forms.
Information You Provide When Scheduling an Initial Call
Haeresis uses an online appointment-booking system to allow prospective clients to schedule an Initial Call.
The current booking form requests:
first name;
last name;
email address;
telephone number; and
a brief note introducing yourself, your business, and your goals or reason for requesting the consultation.
This information is used to schedule the requested meeting, communicate appointment details, understand the general nature of your inquiry, and prepare for the consultation.
Appointment information may be stored within the website’s booking system and synchronized with Haeresis’s Google Calendar. A Google Meet link may also be generated for the scheduled meeting.
Please do not use the booking Notes field to submit medical information, account passwords, complete financial credentials, or other highly sensitive information.
Direct Communications
If you communicate with Haeresis by email, telephone, video meeting, or another ordinary business communication method, Haeresis may retain information you voluntarily provide.
This may include contact information, business information, project requirements, scheduling information, correspondence, approvals, and other information reasonably necessary to discuss, provide, or administer Haeresis services.
Information Collected Automatically

Haeresis currently uses Google reCAPTCHA and other technical safeguards to help distinguish legitimate website activity from automated spam, malicious submissions, abuse, and suspicious activity.

Information Haeresis Does Not Intentionally Collect Through Its Ordinary Website

Information submitted through the Initial Call booking system is used to schedule and administer the requested appointment.
Relevant appointment information may be synchronized with Haeresis’s Google Calendar and used to generate a Google Meet link or otherwise facilitate the scheduled meeting.
Website Analytics and Improvement
Haeresis uses analytics and search-performance information to understand how visitors discover and interact with the website.
This information may help Haeresis evaluate traffic sources, engagement, technical performance, search visibility, popular content, and opportunities to improve the website or its marketing efforts.

Haeresis currently uses Bookly to provide online Initial Call scheduling.
Information submitted through the booking process may be stored within the website’s Bookly system and used to administer the appointment.
Bookly may facilitate synchronization of appointment information with Google Calendar.
CookieYes
Haeresis currently uses CookieYes to provide consent notices and help manage cookie preferences.
CookieYes may process or store information reasonably necessary to display consent controls, remember preferences, and provide related consent-management functionality.
Hosting and Technical Infrastructure
Haeresis relies upon hosting, server, network, email, software, security, domain, DNS, and infrastructure providers to operate its website and business systems.
Those providers may process limited technical or stored information as reasonably necessary to host website files, maintain server logs, transmit communications, provide backups, detect security threats, or operate the underlying infrastructure.
Payment Processors

Analytics and Security Information
Analytics information may be retained according to Haeresis’s settings and the practices of the applicable analytics provider.
Server logs, IP-related information, security records, spam-detection information, and similar technical information may be retained for a reasonable period for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, security, and system administration.
Backups
Haeresis maintains backups as part of its operational and disaster-recovery practices.
Information removed from an active system may temporarily remain within an existing backup until that backup is overwritten, replaced, or removed through the normal backup cycle.
Haeresis does not ordinarily restore a backup solely to locate and delete an individual record that has already been removed from active systems unless doing so is legally required and technically reasonable.
Information contained only in a backup will not ordinarily be returned to active use except where restoration is reasonably necessary for disaster recovery, troubleshooting, security, or another legitimate operational purpose.
Data Minimization
Haeresis seeks to collect and retain only information reasonably useful for legitimate business, service, analytics, operational, security, or legal purposes.
