Enjoy a quick sit down near a large window and some garden-fresh carnations as the afternoon thunderstorm makes its way past you.
Peace of mind shouldn’t be anything to gloss over or shy away from. It should be sought after and claimed as the natural birthright of human beings. And it is. So claim it. Take a few to decompress and relax and breathe and let it go… just for 20 minutes or so. You’re worth it.
